A Ladies Guide to Paros, Greece: Where to Eat, Stay, and What to Do

Paros, Greece was the next stop on our trip and it was quintessential Greece. The island had beautiful white buildings, iconic blue trim, and cascading flowers in full bloom. None of this would have been possible without the help of our incredible travel agent, Melissa Travels. In this blog, I will break down each place we ate and stayed in Paros, Greece.

Day 1

7 am: Flight from Athens to Paros

11 am: Lunch at To Mouragio Restaurant

1 pm: Tour around the Island with our driver

Where we stayed: Sandom Hotel

The tour was great, and it gave you a true sense of the island. Multiple towns throughout the island have shops and restaurants within walking distance. The food is extremely fresh and incredible. This place was right on the water with boats anchored down beside us. Highly recommend. Just keep in mind that the Greeks are not in a hurry. You will have to ask for your check instead of waiting for it. “Americans are always in a hurry,” was one of my favorite quotes from the trip.

Day 2

9 am: Complimentary Breakfast at the hotel

We then walked around and shopped at local stores where we fell in love with this linen shop, The Hamam People. It’s a multi-generational family business and they were a joy to purchase from. They made the entire experience personalized and amazing. The customer service and quality of the fabrics were the best. Highly recommend! Plus, they ship to the United States.

After walking around and enjoying the beauty of the island, we had a late lunch, enjoyed the sunset, and called it a night.
