I began my career with MGM Resorts International and gained invaluable leadership skills through competitive leadership programs and was the Chair of the Emerging Leaders Network Group. It was an honor to be recognized and featured on the cover of South Mississippi Living as one of the top young professionals. 

I really began to understand and implement digital marketing strategies while working at RealtySouth, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway. A major win for me during that time was increasing the website traffic by 60% year over year and increasing lead flow for the real estate agents.

Next, I teamed up with a national and international nonprofit and led their marketing efforts with an incredible team by my side. I now have the privilege of working as a Director of Marketing Strategy for an Alabama-based marketing agency, and I am a proud member of the Junior League of Mobile, Alabama. I believe this podcast has the unique opportunity to empower other ladies to dream big and find the courage to pursue their own path! At the very least, I hope when you listen, you feel like someone is giving you a big hug and a pick me up after a long day!
